What dune choose to travel in the Moroccan desert?

What dune choose? 
There are two Sahara dunes in Morocco: Erg Chebbi and Ergg Chegaga. They are both located in the southern / southeastern Sahara desert Morocco, beyond the Atlas Mountains. 

Erg Chegaga: These dunes are larger, historically occupied by Arab Bedouins. 40km long and 15km wide 10to they can reach a height of 200m. Erg Chegaga is 60km from Me Hamid, the nearest city. You can stay there by 4x4, which will take a few hours, or a camel trek 2-3 days. The area is really hostile, meaning that stay in these dunes is probably best organized through a travel website.
